8 of the 11 commandments for analysing shed and garage quotes

Make Sure The Quote Has A Specification Sheet

Make sure you have a specification sheet at the time you receive your quote.  If you don’t have a specification sheet outlining the materials used, then you will not be able to compare the quotes!

If your quote doesn’t have a specification sheet, then you have no way of knowing what you’re actually buying.  You could end up getting thin steel and cladding, which is exactly what you don’t want!

Many shed distributors don’t provide this information and this means you will pick the wrong shed based on the quote. You will find the details in the contract when you sign, though!
